Tuna, onion and chutney free from pasty

Tuna & Onion Pasty
Egg Free, Dairy Free, Lactose Free, Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Yeast Free, Soya Free, Refined Sugar Free, Rice Free, Caffeine Free. Endometriosis, Crohns Diease & Celiacs Safe.

Oat & Cornmeal Pastry (Recipe Here)
1 Tin of Tuna
1/2 Red Onion
Pure Sunflower Spread
    2 Tsp Mixed Dried Herbs
Homemade BBQ Sauce

Make your oat & Cornmeal Pastry and roll it out between two sheets of cling film to be able to fold your pastry into a pasty successfully.

Now add a layer of your pure spread.

You can just add the mixture to one half then fold it over but i like the flavour all over the pastry too.

Now add your sauce, tuna, onions and sweetcorn.

Pick up one side of the cling film and fold the whole pasty in half.

To seal the edges I cheated and just tucked the edges underneath creating a rugby ball shape.

with a fork stab holes in the top.

Pop it into the oven for 30 minutes on gas mark 5
Once brown take it out, cut it in half and enjoy.
