3 Heaped Tbls Poppy Seeds
2 Tbls Sesame Seeds
3.5 Tbls Golden Ground Flax Seeds
3 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
10 Tbls Hot Wtaer
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
Add all of your seeds to a high-seed blender.
Blitz until the seeds are all combined and broken into little bits.
Pour in your olive oil and blitz.
Now pour in your hot water, salt and pepper if you wish and any other spices and herbs.
Blitz and watch the colour change to a lovely creamy colour and texture.
If your butter is a tad on the thick side do not worry, just add hot water and mix and it will be fine.
Spoon into a jar, pop the lid on and keep in the fridge.
This can be used to make lots of nut-free foods...they will be coming very soon so keep a look out.
