Endometriosis. Crohns & Celiac Disease Safe.

Ingredients:
7 Strawberries
30 raspberries
3 Tbls Apple Pectin
2oz Light Brown Unrefined Sugar
2 Heaped Tsp Vanilla Paste

It doesn't matter if you use frozen or fresh fruit for the jam.

You can cut up the fruit if you wish so you don't have lumps of fruit in your jam.

Put your fruit and sugar in a pan on a medium heat.

Your sugar will all disolve but keep your jam on the heat.

Your Jam might look cooked and donw but if your spoon looks like this it will not set.

Keep boiling and stirring.

Now add your pectin and keep stirring.

You need to keep it boiling for at least 15-20 minutes.

Your spoon should be covered in sticky jam and coat your spoon thats when you know it is done.

You can now take it off the heat and stir in your vanilla paste.

Whilst it is still hot pour it into your chosen jar and put the lid on whilst it is hot to keep from getting any bacteria in there.

Leave it on the side to cool, then pop it into the fridge.
Ready to eat on anything!
