Elephant Coconut Crumble Biscuits

Ingredients:
5 Tsp Agave Nectar
9oz Almond Flour
4oz Pure Spread
1oz Unrefined Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla Paste
1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Xanthan Gum
3oz Coconut Flour
Add your Agave Nectar and Vanilla Paste and mix.
Next mix and fold in your xanthan gum and baking powder.
Now your mix is like a dough it will still bread apart easily.
Spread the biscuit dough straight onto your baking tray with your hands.
Push your cookie cutters into the dough and carefully remove the excess and repeat the process.
Once you have your tray full of biscuits dough, Pop them into the oven on gas mark 4 for 7-10 minutes or until they are golden brown.
When you get them out of the oven, because they are delicate wait for them to cool then carefully slide a fish slice underneath them on by one and place them onto a cooling rack.
