This is a very quick recipe to make
2oz Almond Butter
1oz Coconut Flour + Some for rolling
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Tsp Hazelnut Milk
Put all the ingredients into the blender.
Blend from low to medium gradually.
You will be left with a sticky mixture which will hold together on its own.
Roll into little balls.
Then sprinkle your coconut flour onto your work surface and start rolling your truffles around in the flour, you will need to add a little pressure so they will stick to the flour.
You can also roll them in carob powder.
