How To Make Flax & Sesame Seed Butter

You can use all kinds of seeds for seed butters so you can just change the seeds for another choice if you wish.
1.5oz Brown Linseeds
1.5oz Golden Linseeds
2oz Sesame Seeds
4 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Makes a little jar
Put all of you seeds into your blender.
Blend until all of your seeds have turned into a coarse powder.
Next add a little of your oil at a time and blend until you have used all of the oil.
You should be left wth a thick seed butter.
Pop it in a jar and put it in the fridge for later.
This recipe can be used instead of nut butter.
