I was desperately trying to find a pizza dough that didnt fall apart, wasn't stodgy or fell apart when picked up. With pizza adverts everywhere I needed to make a pizza and fast! I think i might have done it....
2oz Sorghum Flour
2oz Quinoa Flour
2oz Tapioca Starch
3 Tsp Cyder Vinegar
3 Tbls Grapeseed Oil
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp No Egg
Add all of your dry ingredients to a bowl.
Next add your lemon juice, water, oil and Vinegar to the bowl.
Mix together with your hands, leave on the side to rest for 20 mins before use.
Cook on Gas Mark 7 10-15 mins on one side flip over 10-15 minutes on the other, put your toppings on and put back into the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
