Original & Double Chocolate Mud Pies
Vegan, Wheat Free, Gluten Free, Rice Free, Refined Sugar Free, Yeast Free,
Crohns, Coeliac & Endometriosis Safe
Ingredients:
1/2 of the Pie Pastry Recipe Here
Mousse Filling Recipe Here
Just miss out the apricots or keep them in, they are lovely either way
Double Chocolate:
2oz Carob
Squish you pastry into your cake tins.
With a fork prick the bottom of the pastry cases.
Do the same if you are making Double chocolate mud pies.
Also Prick the bottom.
Pop them into the oven on gas mark 5 for 20-25 minutes.
They should look golden and crisp when they come out.
Wait for the cases to cool before adding your chocolate mousse.
Add a sprinkle of carob to the top of your pies.
And then serve and munch!.
Your pies will be lovely, firm but light.
