18 Different ways to make a Gluten Free Oat Cookie

 Oat Cookies
Vegan, Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Soya Free, Rice Free, Yeast Free, Refined Sugar Free
Endometriosis, Crohns & Coeliac Safe.

Ingredients:
3oz Gluten Free Oats
4oz Sorghum Flour
1 Tsp Orgran No Egg
2 Heaped Tsp Ground Almond
5oz Coconut Nectar Sugar
2 Heaped Tsp Agave Nectar
2 Heaped Tsp Ground chia Seed
190ml Warm Water












Mix your chia and warm water together.

Measure out and mix together your almond, sorghum flour, sugar, no egg, and agave.
When you have mixture that altogether add the flax water mix, Mix your oat cookie dough together to form a sticky dough.

If you want to make chocolate oat cookies then add 2oz carob powder to your dough. Your dough will be firmer once you add the carob.





Form a ball with the dough and flatten it with the palm of your hand to flatten into a cookie shape.

Make sure they are roughly the same size so that they cook evenly.

 Put your cookies on a baking tray.

Then into the oven on Gas Mark 7 for 15 mins then Gas Mark 5 for 5-10 minutes.





Marbled Cookies

1: Mix orginal plain with carob to make this marbled effect.

2: Add a drizzle of carob chocolate





























Lemon & Poppyseed Cookies

3: 2 Tsp Lemon Juice & 1 Tsp Poppyseeds

4: Drizzle Lemon Icing ontop







Apricot & Mixed Spice Cookies

5: 6 Chopped Apricot & 1/2 Tsp Mixed Spice

6: Drizzle of Agave Nectar and Grated White Chocolate.





Coconut Cookies

7: cookie dipped in white chocolate and sprinkled with mixed spice

8: 1oz Coconut





Mixed Fruit Cookies



9: Gluten Free Mixed Fruit 1oz

10: Dusted with carob and chocolate shavings




Original Cookies


11: Topped with agave nectar and grated chocolate

12: Plain Original cookie






Cinnamon & Nutmeg Cookies

13: Topping Dipped in carob chocolate

14: 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon & 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg



Spiced Fruit Cookies

15: 1oz Mixed Fruit & 1/2 Tsp Mace Original

16: 1oz Mixed Fruit & 1/2 Tsp Mace Carob
 Double Chocolate Cookies

17 & 18 1 Tbls carob chunks.

17: Dipped in white chocolate and sprinkled with white chocolate shavings

18: Dipped in Carob Chocolate sprinkled with carob powder.
