Chocolate Caramel Quinoa Pop
Vegan, Rice Free, Soya Free, Yeast Free, Refined Sugar Free, Gluten Free, Wheat Free
Ingredients:
1oz Quinoa Pops (Puffed Quinoa)
2oz Carob Chocolate Melted ( Recipe Here) - just add 2oz carob to the recipe
2oz Caramel:
Melt your carob chocolate or 100% Carob bars shop bought (Your homemade chocolate doesnt melt well but will be fine for this recipe.
As you can see the homemade chocolate is quite bittey but trust me its lovely in this recipe.
Next either use freshly made caramel or you melt your frozen caramel to pour into your chocolatey quinoa puffs.
Mix well. Form balls with the mixture.
Store in the fridge.
These as so yummy!
You could also hide something in the middle of these like a nut, caramel, chocolate, fruit.....
