Fresh Tuna Steak Salad
Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Rice Free, Refined Sugar Free, Soya Free, Egg Free, Dairy Free, Lactose Free.
Endometriosis Safe, Crohns & Coeliac Safe
Ingredients:
1 Fresh Tuna Slice
sprinkle of pepper
sprinkle of herbs
1 tsp extra vigin olive oil
Handful of mixed salad leaves
1/2 courgette
3 Chestnut Mushrooms
5 Cherry Tomatoes
Serves: 1
Rip a length of foil that will cover you Tuna Steak
Sprinkle your herbs and pepper onto your Tuna Steak.
Add your Extra Virgin Olive Oil and rub it into your Tuna.
Wrap it up as if you were making a cornish pasty making sure all the sides are sealed so that your fish will steam and cook.
Put your foiled fish onto a baking tray, on gas mark 6 for 20 minutes.
Whilst your fish is cooking. You can whip up your salad.
Your salad can be anything, but i went with:
5 cherry tomatoes halved
handful of mixed leaves
3 chestnut mushrooms sliced
half a courgette chopped and sliced
After the timer has run down carefully undo the foil watch your fingers on the steam.
Sprinkly some more herbs ontop and place it on your salad.
