Cashew Nut Flour & Almond Flour

All you need is a vitamix/blender and your nuts:
Put only a few handfuls of nuts in your blender at a time as you do not want your nuts to turn into butter.
Try and pulse the nuts until you get them a fluffy flour texture.
When you have done that repeat the process until you have your needed amount.
I keep mine in a freezer bag just because I haven't got endless amounts of glass jars but one day i will!
