Quick & Simple Quinoa Porridge
Vegan, Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Rice Free, Soya Free, Refined Sugar Free.
Endometriosis, Crohns & Celiac Safe.
Ingredients:
1oz Quinoa Flour / Ground Quinoa Seeds
Double the amount of Quinoa flour with hazelnut milk
Serves:
1 or 2 smaller bowls
Before putting your mixture onto the heat, stir the flour and milk.
Put the mixture onto a medium/low heat and stir constantly.
keep stirring until the mixture gets thick and starts to boil.
Your porridge will be lovely and creamy.
below i like alot of milk with mine, also cinnamon and a handful of raisins and a squirt of agave syrup.
Just what you need on a cold morning.
