Chocolate (Carob) Pot
Vegan, Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Rice Free, Soya Free, Refined Sugar Free.
Endometriosis, Crohns & Coeliac Safe.
Melt in your mouth chocolate pot very very rich so i recommend small pots of this.
It is gorgeous and has a truffle like consistency
Ingredients:
3oz Carob Powder
3 oz Melted Coconut Oil
3 Tsp Agave Syrup Or Maple Syrup
5 Tbls Thick Coconut Milk
6 Grates Of Nutmeg
Meassure out your carob powder and put into a bowl.
Grate your nutmeg onto your carob powder.
Add your melted coconut oil to the powder mix and stir.
Also stir in your Agave / maple syrup.
When that is mixed in well, add your thick coconut milk and make a lovely chocolaty mixture.
Your coconut oil will probably be trying to set so be careful when doing this, you can either:
Hold your bowl over an open flame and stir to make this liquidy texture in about 2 minutes or you can scrape it all into a pan and heat it up to melt it.
Pour your mixture into your chosen serving glasses preferably not big servings but little ones as this is a very very rich chocolate pot/
Leave the glasses to cool completely on the side before putting them in the fridge over night.
In the morning....Sprinkle some coconut shavings on top and devour nice and slowly.
