MY Endometriosis Shopping List

Where Do I Shop & What Do I Buy?
Endometriosis Diet, Eggless, Glutenless, Wheatless, Red Meatless, Yeastless shop.

Most of my items are fairly easy for people in the UK for my recipes to find

When i get something new i will be adding where and what i bought on here so if your not sure when you are reading a recipe look on here and it will be here. If it isn't then just ask me and ill add it.

It may seem like i am an advert for waitrose but i just love their range of foods i can eat without having to go anywhere else.
