Oat porridge
Vegan, Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Yeast Free, Soya Free, Refined Sugar Free, Rice Free, Caffeine Free. Endometriosis, Crohns Diease & Celiacs Safe.
Ingredients:
2oz Gluten Free Oats
1/2 pint water / nut or seed milk
bring to the boil then turn the heat down, keep stirring, if the mixture becomes too thick add a more water / milk.
If you don't like the oats still whole then add more water / milk and keep cooking untill the oats turn gloopy.
After you have put it in your bowl you can add an array of different toppings.
My mum actually adds salt to hers in the mornings....but i think that is an aquired taste.
Please do not add Benecol Dairy Free as it contains Soya
I was put on them before i found out soya was no good
sorry about that x you could always use coconut milk instead
