Apple and Raisin Pie

Apple & Raisin Pie
Vegan, Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Rice Free, Yeast Free, Soya Free, Refined Sugar Free, Caffeine Free. Endometriosis, Crohns & Celiacs Disease Safe.

Cornmeal & Oat Pastry ( Recipe Here
5tbls refined sugar
4 tbls raisins or mixed fruit
2 cooking apples

First Make your pastry and add in 2 Tbls Unrefined Sugar.

Now chop your cooking apples into wedges or slices.

In a bowl mix the apples and raisins with the remaining unrefined sugar.

Roll out your pastry between two sheets of cling film.

Take one sheet off and carefully place it ontop of your pie dish.

 Place into the oven on gas mark 4 for 20 minutes to let the apples stew and then up to gas mark 6 for 15 minutes.

When the pastry is lovely and golden it is ready to eat.

Top with coconut cream, ice-cream or custard.
