Vegan Savory Pancakes (Recipe Here)
Left Over Bolognaise (Recipe Here)
Salad:
2 Handfuls Spinach
1 Medium Carrot
Since you have your left over bolognaise and pancakes already made.
All you need to do is stuff your pancakes with your bolognaise and roll and the bolognaise will hold in place.
For the simple salad roll up your spinach leaves and slice them into strips.
Take your carrot and with your grater or mandolin slice your carrot into strips and toss with your spinach strips.
You can sprinkle nutritional yeast or vegan stock or a vegan Parmesan on top of your salad.
