Once you have made your pizza dough, Add salt, pepper and mixed herb and mix it altogether with your hands.

Roll out your dough so you have a thin base.

Cut which ever vegan cheese you have made and lay them around the edge of your pizza base.

You may have to fiddle with your pizza a little to cover your pizza.

Do not worry if you cant cover everything.

slice your mushrooms, leek and onion.

chop your asparagus and courgettes.

Throw all of the vegetables you've just cut into a roasting tin.

Put into the oven at gas mark 7 for 25-30 mins.

Also put your stuffed base in the oven at the same time for 10 minutes then cover the crust with tin foil and put it in for another 5 minutes.

After the top has nearly cooked take another tray place it ontop of the pizza and flip it to cook the bottom properly.

Also after putting your base into cook and vegetables to roast prepare your turkey.

Place your diced turkey onto a piece of tin foil along with a sprinkle of herbs and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil wrap up like a cornish pasty and place in the oven with everything else for 25 minutes.

whilst everything is cooking prepare your pesto if you haven't any prepared already.

Now your vegetables should be ready take them out of the oven and let them rest on the side.

Your base should look like this slightly puffed up in the middle and a light brown colour.

Spread your pesto on your base as thick as you wish.

Pile your vegetables ontop.

Your Turkey should be ready now nice and tender.

Slice your diced turkey or you can just leave them whole which ever you prefer.
Layer your turkey ontop of you vegetables.
